CRAWLING!!

I'm completely, totally, in all ways possible.. crawling. I still move backwards best but if I want to go forward, I certianly can. It sure does wear me out.

Tonight Mommy gave me a rest and took me for a ride on her shoulders..

My parents are teaching me how to say "yellow", "blue" and "Uh Oh!"

"Uh Oh!" is by far my favorite. I can say it all day long...

And I'm still crawling backwards, but I've actually made a few scoots forward. I'll get it soon enough.

I was crawling tonight. Who cares if it was backwards?

Babysitting

Daddy was away this weekend so I spent a lot of time helping Mommy. We babysat Diego on Friday night. He's a lot of fun and I decided I could share my toys with him.

Oh... and biggest news of all - I have my own new room! I've been sleeping in it since Saturday night. I'm sleeping so well now that I don't have to listen to Mommy and Daddy snore.

Mommy was so proud of me that she gave me lots of stars on Sunday. I got them everywhere.

Grandma Kohrman got me a new hat!

It's for 18-24 months but it fits my big head perfectly!

City Explorer!

Wow I've been busy. Mommy took me to work with her on Friday. Both offices.. she must work hard if she has two of those. Her coworker made me an ID badge so that I can go to the really tall building whenever I want. I was so good and so cute.

After we got home, Uncle David suggested we visit the Children's Museum at Navy Pier. How fun! I stood up and talked to myself in the mirror, played with other babies and pushed the boats in the water. I hope we can go back. Uncle David took some pretty cool pictures of me that he posted on his flickr page.

I spent Saturday with daddy and he and I will tell you all about that, but on Sunday I got to go shopping with the girls. Grandma bought me a bathing suit and a bright orange spring jacket. Oh, she bought me a very hip hat too. Way cool.

I'm still teething, fighting to walk and talking up a storm. Wearing 12 month clothes even though I'm only going to be 9 months old tomorrow. That's all for now!
