My Holiday Weekend

Grandma and Grandpa Hertz just spent the weekend with us. We had so much fun! Grandma took me for a bike ride AND a walk. We all went to Busy Burger for lunch on Saturday and then I took everyone to the playground. After sliding, swinging and running - I was super hungry for chocolate ice cream (so were my shorts and t-shirt).







On Sunday we ran through the sprinkler and went to Denise's for a picnic. Daddy helped me slam dunk a few baskets.



Today we did inside projects because it was raining. After Grandma and Grandpa went back to Michigan and I took my nap, we went to my friend Jackson's for dinner. Baby Elsa made everyone smile but I was a total star on the new swingset.

Sick Days

I've been home sick this week, but played it up a little so I could spend extra time with my Mommy, Daddy and Baby Elsa. I even got my own table so I didn't have to pause Dora and Diego for lunch. Mommy says I'm "spoiled" but I don't think anything was spoiled.

The Perfect Sunday

I had a perfect day today. Daddy, Mommy and I planted a lot of flowers in our garden. I think I worked the hardest. I even helped Daddy carry rocks over from across the street. They were very heavy.

After gardening, Mommy and I went to the neighbors house so that we could cool off in their pool. I met a lot of new friends and had a really good time.

Touchdown Logan!

Daddy and I played football today. I even had my very own Touchdown Dance.

Safari Land

Daddy and I went to Autumn's birthday party today at Safari Land. She goes to "school" with me and just turned 5! I played lots of games, was really good at Skeeball (as usual).

On our way to a drive-in movie. I shared the driving.

My Little Sister

I got a new little sister today. Her name is Baby Elsa and she's very very cute. I counted her toes for Mommy to make sure they were all there.

We had a fun weekend when she came; Lots of visits to the hospital, eating at restaurants and spending time with Grandma, Granddad, Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle David! I even have my own little baby now. I call her "Trains".

Mommy's Day

I took Mommy out to breakfast, to the park and then to Potbelly's for dinner for Mommy's Day. She was so proud to see me go down the twisty slide too! I also picked her flowers, made her a card and a picture gift at daycare. She is the luckiest Mommy ever.

National Train Day

May 8th was National Train Day, everywhere. Mommy and Daddy took me to Union Station to see the trains here in Chicago. Even though there were way too many people there, I was able to get on a real train with Daddy, I colored some trains with Mommy and I had lunch with my friends Jackson and Oliver.
